This is a beautiful shop with the most amazing products. We received a warm welcome from Michelle and the rest of the staff. Just being in the shop is a treat for all the senses. The lovely smell of the perfumes and the pretty packaging of the products are very enticing, but the products themselves are high quality. Thank you Michelle for introducing me to this wonderful line of skincare, perfumes and home fragrances. I loved the products and the whole experience of shopping here.

The customer service here is unmatched. I initially came to sample the Angeli di Firenze cologne but I got a lovely reception from the staff and was introduced to other products from the brand. Everything smells lovely and reasonably priced for a luxury artisanal beauty brand.

All staff at this store provide a warm welcome and excellent customer experience - their fragrance collection are unique and although in business since 1612 - they're bursting at the seems with refreshing smells that comfort and soothe all at the same time - well worth the visit

This tiny fragrance shop sits on the very corner of Piccadilly Arcade. Tiny but magical. The experience is otherworldly and out of time. The store has a range of unique fragrances, which you will find nowhere else. The staff were both pleasant and helpful; they made some great recommendations. I left with a bottle of Cinquanta for the Sumner as it's fresh and smells like a bright summer day. The packaging is also worth a mention as the other box appears to be made from handmade paper, rough and textured; like you find in Florence, which is the home of the original Santa Maria Novella. The store is open 10 - 7 Monday to Saturday and Sunday from midday. The store is also dog friendly This is a highly recommended experience
