Came across this new Santa Maria Novella branch while walking near Bond Street, and it was such a nice find. The staff were super welcoming and really knew their stuff. They had a great selection of perfumes, plus candles, soaps, and other toiletries, which was cool to see. Everything felt really well curated.
MARIAN was such a delight, told us some amazing stories about the brand, its history with da Vinci, and its connection to the Florence royal family. He went back and forth with us regarding perfumes and fragrance industries, and it was such an informative and interesting talk. Honestly, it made the whole visit way more interesting. Such a cool spot, I’d definitely recommend checking it out!

I visited the store today with my wife, who wanted to pick out a perfume for her Christmas gift. The layout of the store was great – it made browsing easy and allowed us to smell all the fragrances without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They really took the time to help my wife find the perfect scent, and you could tell they were passionate about what they do. It made the whole experience exactly what you’d hope for when buying a special perfume.
Big thanks to the gentleman working there – his service was fantastic and made such a difference. The two female staff were also lovely and gave extra insight into the perfumes, which was really helpful. A great team all around!

A pleasant and friendly experience from the man serving us however when my friend joked about the giftwrapping just being a ribbon, we didn't expect such a demeaning remark from the woman saying "it's just soap" especially as a gift for someone else and for £42, it's not just "soap". You should never demean your customers purchase no matter what it is or you will lose long time clients like me in no time.
