I’ve been thinking of this place for weeks because the first time I walked by, it smelled so good! Had to come back and actually walk in this time . Beautiful little shop. Ashley was great sharing the history and the details of each product with me. Ended up loving a fragrance and purchasing on the spot. Great stop this afternoon, highly recommend.

Rose was amazing! Her customer service is on point & definitely deserves a raise! She walked me through different options to find my fragrance while providing the notes of the fragrances and naming fragrances that were most similar. She offered me a plethora of samples so I can fall in love with another scent & pick it up on my next visit to NYC. As someone who works retail as well, she’s doing it right! It’s very hard to get GOOD customer service nowadays!

Finally got the chance to visit the store of SMN. So glad we did, met Lela who assisted us today she's brilliant and pleasant. Amazing experience and finally got my favorite scent. The store was spotless and welcoming. Will definitely be back for my Christmas shopping
