A very unique experience! The staff is very nice and knowledgeable about their products. No one forces you to buy anything and is happy with you walking arounf and taking everything in. We waited a few minutes in line to get in and the time passed quicker with the very delicious cup of ice cream we got at the entrance - a must if you visit Florence!

An absolutely amazing place to visit – full of history and truly worth seeing, even if you’re not planning to buy anything. The variety of products is impressive: perfumes, creams, shower gels, and more, with many unique and beautiful scents. Prices vary, so you can find both more affordable options as well as luxurious ones. The pharmacy also has an online shop, so you can try some products in Florence and then easily order them later to your home. A must-see spot if you love history, fragrances, or simply want a special Florentine experience.

The hype is real. We arrived around 1030AM and waited on line for 5-10 minutes. When you walk in, the store is beautiful and everything makes you wonder about the 800+ year old history. All displays are thoughtfully curated. To my surprise, the staff was enthusiastic, patient, and happy to help. The shopping system is also innovative - the sales associates will give you a card that will serve as your shopping cart and all your items will be ready for you at the register. It was a quick, seamless process. It is easy to have fun spending time here and difficult not to make a purchase.
