I am a huge fragrance enthusiast and enjoyed my visit to Santa Maria Novella more than any other fragrance shop I visited in LA! The shop is aesthetically pleasing, I couldn’t stop taking pictures. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful- Amelia was delightful to shop with, as was the gentleman who helped us on our second visit- I just sadly didn’t catch his name! I bought one bottle my first visit and then had to return for a second fragrance before leaving town. The staff was generous with samples, as well! I look forward to shopping here again on my next visit to LA!

I have been here a few times for my fragrance purchase. It is a beautiful boutique store and it's filled with history!!! This is a special place for me and always a special treat. My husband, who worked construction all his life, has a fragrance he likes and purchased. Johnny was fantastic and we enjoyed speaking with him. It was great. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have him help us.

Absolutely love this place. The soaps and lotions are exquisite—beautifully scented, luxurious, and perfect for gifting. What truly sets them apart is the personalized calligraphy, which adds such a thoughtful, old-world touch to every gift. Everything feels intentional, elegant, and timeless. Sales person Lily is a TREASURE of that store. She was so nice and knowledgeable. For the whole time I’ve been at the store choosing a perfume for me, she was attentive to all the customers and sold items to at least 3 people while I was there. She also assisted me in choosing a right perfume for me. She knew exactly what I wanted. I hope Lily gets a promotion soon!!🌺
