Back in January, it was my first time visiting Yokohama and I went to look for a specific perfume. I met two lovely sales ladies and despite the language barrier, I never once felt rushed. They were very helpful in helping me try out different scents and I eventually purchased what I wanted. We managed to communicate using the translator on my phone and they were so kind and patient the whole time. I had the best experience at this store and will be back next time I visit Yokohama again.

I recently found out that they have a store in New Man, as the atmosphere is different from the street-front store in Ginza. I went there to buy a gift for a friend, and they were very kind to me. The atmosphere of the store was very good, including the staff who helped me, so I would like to visit again. Thank you ♪

My friend loves this store, so I bought a few things for her birthday present, without knowing much about it or understanding what to buy, after consulting with the staff. I had a vague image of it being a very formal and uptight place, but it had a very welcoming atmosphere, even if you just dropped in casually. There was only one staff member in the store, but I ended up asking her a lot of questions...Thank you very much! Next time I'll go and pick out something for myself.

I was served by a young person in their 20s, and the experience was great. I understand the feelings of the person who was treated badly by the store clerk in question, but it's a bit strange that the brand and other store clerks with good customer service are being rated poorly overall because of one store clerk, so I'll give a separate rating to that effect: the young person's service was good!

I was hesitant to go after reading other reviews, but on the day I went, I was served by two young staff members, both of whom had short hair. They were very attentive to me, even though I was a beginner, and it was very helpful. I thought I'd leave a review in case there are others who are hesitant to go like me. (However, I didn't encounter the staff members that other people have mentioned, so it might just be luck...)
