Customer service was absolutely A1! We waited in line to enter, but the staff made it a pleasure—offering us gelato and water while we waited. The store itself is like stepping into a museum—absolutely stunning. Our sales associate even gave us a mini history lesson, making the experience feel both luxurious and educational. Each room is dedicated to a different specialty, and our representative took the time to walk me through every product, answering all my questions with care. We have a location in NYC, but it simply can’t compare to the magic of the Florence flagship. We left so happy with all the beautiful products we picked up—it was truly an unforgettable visit.

Very beautiful place, free entry. Welcome with a small ice cream as a bonus 🍨. Worth seeing at least for the frescoes and the unique scents! 🌿🎨

This old pharmacy is a must-visit in Florence. It's breathtakingly beautiful, and the short wait is definitely worth it. There are many fragrances and cosmetic products, and all the employees were super friendly and helpful. It was one of our highlights of the city.

A historic building dating back to bygone eras, it was once the place where perfumes were created for royalty. Today, it still maintains that historic charm and has become an ideal destination for those seeking perfumery and personal care products with a special touch. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a tub of lemon sorbet to refresh ourselves, which put us in the perfect mood to explore the store. The decor is stunning, with elements that evoke the era in which the pharmacy was founded. The store itself is an architectural gem worth visiting for its beauty alone. Unlike many commercial perfumes, which can be overpowering or synthetic, those at the Queen's Pharmacy stand out for their natural scents. They are definitely not the typical perfumes we're used to, which makes them even more special. In addition to perfumes, the pharmacy offers a variety of products meant to delight our senses, such as soaps, creams, and teas, all infused with the same natural scents that characterize its perfumes. It's an ideal place to find unique gifts or simply treat yourself to something special. However, it's important to mention that the prices are quite high. For some, the historical value and quality of the products may justify the cost, but for others, it may be an obstacle. In any case, each product seems to be made with dedication and care, which may explain the prices. It's a place worth visiting both for its historical value and for the quality and uniqueness of its products. If you are a lover of natural perfumes and are willing to invest in high-quality products, this pharmacy is definitely a destination you should consider. Furthermore, the experience itself, from the lemon sorbet to the historical decor, makes the visit memorable.

The service was excellent! While we were waiting inside, we were given a lemon ice cream, which felt like home on a hot summer day. The staff even offered to store our luggage, which was very thoughtful! The mural on the right is beautiful, depicting the main story of the Passion of Christ. The shape of the table at the Last Supper, in particular, offers a unique interpretation. The designers put a lot of effort into every product, and it's highly recommended!
