I visited to purchase a gift. The staff explained everything very carefully, and I was able to purchase a wonderful gift. They offered to wrap it with a ribbon and put it in a box, asked about tax-free shopping on my behalf, and even gave me samples. The atmosphere in the store was quiet and elegant. The staff's service was simply superb. I wanted to visit again, but unfortunately I was too busy to do so. I visited many places in Milan, but this is one of my fondest memories.
