This tiny fragrance shop sits on the very corner of Piccadilly Arcade. Tiny but magical. The experience is otherworldly and out of time. The store has a range of unique fragrances, which you will find nowhere else. The staff were both pleasant and helpful; they made some great recommendations. I left with a bottle of Cinquanta for the Sumner as it's fresh and smells like a bright summer day. The packaging is also worth a mention as the other box appears to be made from handmade paper, rough and textured; like you find in Florence, which is the home of the original Santa Maria Novella. The store is open 10 - 7 Monday to Saturday and Sunday from midday. The store is also dog friendly This is a highly recommended experience

Obwohl es eine größere Londoner Filiale dieser besonderen Parfümeriegeschäfte gibt, deren Ursprünge bis ins Jahr 1221 zurückreichen als der Dominikanerorden das Florentiner Kloster gleichen Namens gründete, besuche ich am liebsten das winzige Arcadengeschäft am Piccadilly. Es hat etwas charmant-zeitloses und die Beratung ist ausgezeichnet. Hier findet man Duftkerzen, Öle, Seifen, Shampoos sowie extravagante Parfums wie meine, von der Jahreszeit bestimmten Favoriten 'Bizzarria', 'Gelsomino' oder 'Tabacco Toscano' (stets in edlen 100ml-Flakons). Unbedingt ausprobieren! 🌺🍋🍊

The most beautiful, quaint shop in the heart of Piccadilly, the customer assistance provided by Indra and her colleagues is exceptional ! She is so knowledgeable, accommodating, and made us feel so special! Buying perfumes and candles turned out to be more than just a purchase; it was a wonderful experience, was impressed how considerate she was with ensuring that the gifts were perfectly presented. She carefully gift wrapped all so pretty, I felt a sense of pride and joy walking everywhere with the beautiful bags. Wonderful, wonderful! I shall return!
