Yet another fabulous experience with the lovely sales staff at this iconic boutique, the products have always been amazing, and the service level amazing, it was busy on our recent visit, however we were made to feel welcome and as soon as someone was available they helped us with our purchases, I adore my new candle and love these products!

Ekskluzywnie, pachnąco, kwieciście. Perfumy pięknie wyeksponowane, uśmiechnięte ekspedientki. Drogo ale warto. Można też znaleźć mydełka, zapachy do domu. I smakowite eliksiry, np. legendarny eliksir różany. Jest też fantastyczny pokój z muzyką i projekcją kwiatów. Polecam , tradycyjna Florencja w pięknej, pachnącej oprawie.

Yo como turista quería conocer la perfumería original pero como muchos otros turistas suben sus fotos sin especificar la sucursal, se presta a confusión. Esta NO es la farmacia original, es solo un punto de venta de los productos. Mi esposo y yo llegamos domingo por la tarde y había un letrero pegado en la puerta que decía que se volvía en 5 min. Estuvimos ahí cerca de 10 y la dependienta no volvía, lo curioso es que en ese rato al menos 5 personas más llegaron buscando la perfumería original y cuando la dependienta llegó solo nos dijo "estación del tren! Estación del tren!" al preguntarle por las señas para llegar a dónde realmente queríamos ir. Este lugar tiene los productos de la marca pero no el "museo" que muchos buscábamos. Para mayor dato, quienes quieran conocer la perfumería farmacia original, deben acudir a via Della Scalla 16. Buscarlo en Google como Farmacia de Santa María Novella.

The lady working there was super nice and friendly. We took forever choosing our perfumes because they all smelled amazing, and she was so patient and knowledgeable. She was also incredibly sweet with my dog, which made the experience even better. Unfortunately, we didn’t get her name, but she truly made our visit memorable. Definitely recommend stopping by!
